At Framers' Workroom
, there is no need to make an appointment to work on your project. When a DIY customer comes through our door, we can provide on-the-spot advice on appropriate materials and design. A DIY undertaking receives the same amount of attention and care, as does a custom-framing
project. After agreeing to the overall design and cost, the customer receives materials cut to the correct size and is taught how to assemble the artwork package. Some of our customers like to break up the process into two sessions: one visit to choose materials; a second to put together their already-prepared frame, glass, moulding, and backing.
The entire process, normally requiring about two hours, allows our customer to walk out with a finished piece, which they have framed with their own two hands. With our wide variety of in-stock materials, a “rush” job is no problem. Artists love us and take advantage of our time and money saving feature. If you want to do a DIY project on the spot, we ask only that you arrive at least two hours before we close. With Saturday hours and late nights (until 9:00 PM) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, we afford our customers ample opportunity to complete their special projects.
